Carla holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising from Florida A&M University, and a Master’s degree in Educational Administration from Nova Southeastern University.

She is a 30 - year veteran of teaching and administration, having retired from Duval County Public Schools.

Carla is a member of the Continental Societies, Inc., Jacksonville Chapter, a national organization that supports disadvantaged children. She serves as its Southeastern Regional Director where she oversees members in Alabama, Florida, and Georgia.

 

Through her leadership with the Continental Societies and as an Etiquette Specialist for Good-Natured Life, she has worked with numerous schools, colleges, universities, and organizations across the country.

Carla is passionate about helping others achieve their goals through refinement of etiquette skills.
